It's hard to believe that this is the 18th post to RISING EDGE. I promised myself that I'd write one article a week for one year, and then reassess from there. With this post, I'm already more than 1/3rd to that milestone.
By this stage, RE has a small but loyal following, and I wanted to give a big shout out to those that are reading and engaging every week. It means a lot to me. RE isn't about statistics, follower counts, or putting numbers on the board. It is about sparking conversations, provoking meaningful thoughts, and improving as racers (and as people).
So if you've been following along, don't be a stranger. I welcome your feedback, push-back, suggestions, or even just sharing in this journey if you can relate with it in any way.

Black Friday sales that are worth your time
This is by no means an exhaustive or well-researched list. This is actually a fairly short list of companies that I truly believe are worthy of your patronage. Bimmerworld 25 years of independent BMW parts sales. Everything from street to race – they have it, and they have an extremely knowledgeable sales staff to help you. Their sale is on now, and it appears to end on Monday @ midnight.
Buildjournal Innovative and high quality race-oriented BMW parts, mainly for newer platforms like E46+. They also have a selection of parts from other high end vendors like MCS, N15 Design, and Motorsport Hardware. Almost all of their products are on sale 10-20% off (including MCS!), now through November 30th.
Condor Speed Shop Over 10 years of producing the best bushings and racing accessories for most BMW chassis. These guys take Made in USA seriously, producing almost everything under their own roof in Florida. Their 20%-off sale is Black Friday ONLY, and it's their only sale of the year.
Kinematic Speed These are some seriously over-engineered parts. They are also very serious about Made in USA products, and their products are made here in Charlotte, NC. Their sale is going to be live from Friday through Monday, and it's also their only sale of the year.
Rennstall Some of the most dope knobs and merch on the market, bar none. Made in USA from the highest quality materials. Save 20% off their whole shop with code BF22, ends on November 28th.
TrackDayTire A tire company owned by racers, and a great source for Toyo, Hoosier, and Continental track/race tires at the best prices, with free shipping. Use code BLACKFRIDAY for big savings on your order. It is unclear when their sale ends.
Wine Country Motorsports One of the top names in racing safety equipment outfitters, you can get just about anything safety related from them, including seats, harnesses, fire systems, suits/Nomex, helmets, and more. Their sale has been staple of mine for years – they simply sell gift cards at up to 20% off.
